Warranty

All AquaVital products are covered by a 12-month warranty ( from date of delivery or installation, depending on which is earlier ). Terms and conditions apply to the following items or services.

  1. Technician on-site inspection on need basis
  2. No limit to the number of technical supports during the warranty period
  3. Arrangement for inspection within 3 working days ( Mon – Fri, public holidays excepted )
  4. Full functional check and tests during each visit
  5. Labor and parts included for maintenance required
  6. Eligible for the renewal of Annual Maintenance and / or Filter Replacement plans at special offer after first

Annual Maintenance Plan

Users are free to join Annual Maintenance Plan optionally after expiry of warranty. The plans are with optional
service items at user’s choice:

  1. Technician on-site inspection on need basis
  2. No limit to the number of technical supports during the warranty period
  3. Selection of Plans with respect to arrangement for inspection
    ( a ) within 24 hours* ( Priority ) ; or
    ( b ) within 72 hours^ ( Standard )
  4. Full functional check and tests during each visit
  5. Selection of Plans with respect to maintenance
    ( a ) Comprehensive parts and labour ( Priority ); or
    ( b ) Labour only and parts to be quoted separately ( Standard )

* Sunday and Public holidays excluded. Malfunction report ( s ) received the day before public holiday will be handled the first day after holiday.
^ Monday to Friday, public holidays excepted

Terms & conditions :

  1. Warranty and maintenance plan (hereafter referred to as “the policy”) include all labor cost and replacement parts required under normal and proper usage and functioning.
  2. The policy does not cover product casing and any damages caused by accident, fire, abuse or misuse, improper voltage input and unauthorized repair and/or modification including non-authorized filters.
  3. The policy shall not cover defects caused by or arising from excessive water pressure.

  4. All service under the policy is carried out only by an Aqua-Vital Technician or an accredited Aqua-Vital Service Provider.
  5. The policy shall not include the following items or services. Any request for these items or services will be quoted to you separately.
    5.1. Consumables
    5.2. Re-installation
    5.3. Relocation
    5.4. Cleansing and sterilization
  6. Spare parts are guaranteed to be available within 5 years after sales of products.

  7. Aqua Vital Water Filtration Systems Ltd. reserves the rights on the final decision on the above terms and conditions.
